Exciting, fast paced, and a non-contact sport, flag rugby provides an opportunity for everyone to touch the ball by passing and running. Flag Rugby is a coed sport that is simple to learn and requires no prior experience to play.

Flag rugby is a fun, all-inclusive way to introduce youth to the fundamentals of rugby with a big emphasis on having fun! Exciting, fast-paced, non-contact! Each Sunday provides an hour of practice and two 14 minute games.
Participants should bring water and wear soccer cleats if possible.
